To all those people who keep saying that the 360 "can't handle MGS4": what are you basing that on? Where is your evidence that the 360 can't handle MGS4? The 360 and PS3 are about equally powerfull. If she really has a son, that son of hers is not too bright. He did things completely backwards. The PS2 was infinitely better than the original xbox, but the 360 is (so far) better than the PS3. The 360 has a greater variety of games, better exclusives, far more RPGs, is easier to develop for, and has better graphics.

The art direction. I like a gritty, dark feel to my shooters. Halo is all bright purple, green and pink everywhere. Also, I can't stand the grunt's little kid voices.
I can't believe all the comment on this thread saying that MGS4 has the best graphics ever. The character models and faces ARE the best I've ever seen, by far. But the graphics in the rest of the game are not the best ever at all. Uncharted's graphics are a lot better (except for the faces and character models, see above). Maybe Microsoft should have shown one good game besides Gears 2. Are Fable 2 and Banjo supposed to get people excited? Well, they didn't. Holy sh*t. Just holy sh*t. I never expected this to happen in a million years. I've been saying for months that the 360 is the JRPG console, but I never saw this coming. This is HUGE.
The PS3 and 360 are about equal in overall power, and I think their games will look about equally good for the life of the consoles.
